Return and Refund Policy
We hope that you would be satisfied when you receive your order. However, we understand that it may occur that some orders need to be returned or exchanged. Within 30 days after receiving your order, email our customer service to explain the reason for the return/exchange. Therefore, we have streamlined our return and refund process in order to better facilitate your requirements. We will process refunds or exchanges according to the guidelines below.
Address or other customer error: If a package is returned intact to us due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any extra shipping fees incurr to resend it.
Customs seizure: If a package has been seized by customs authorities and the order is shipped to USA then we will manage the customs clearance proccess and pay for any charges that may occur. For any other location the customer will manage the proccess, as well as the charges.
Lost packages: Lost packages must be reported to us within 30 days from the date of shipment confirmation. We cannot be held liable for refunds or replacements for more than one calendar month.
Destroyed or unreturned packages: If a package has been destroyed by customs or the shipping carrier or has otherwise not been returned to us , we cannot issue a refund or replace for the order.
Defective Products, Damaged or Wrong Shipments: These cases may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us for an immediate resolution. To ensure proper processing of claim and credit for your return shipping cost, to return the item to us. All defective item claims are subject to inspection and confirmation. For 'defective' claims, describe the defect and indicate if you would like a replacement. Upon inspection, if item is deemed defective or the wrong item is shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you, free of charge. If an exact replacement is not possible, we will process a full refund back to the same payment method used on the original order. In the case of shipping damages, we may contact the shipping carrier to find a solution. All our shipments have insurance.
Return and Refund process: For refunds you will have to bear the shipping fee and it will be deducted from your refund amount. But if the error is our fault, you will get a full refund. If you want to exchange or return a product, please email pictures of the item first. You may make an even exchange for the same identical item, or you may exchange it for a different style and pay the price difference. We can not accept items that are not in original condition. The returned items must be unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and all tags and packaging must be included.
Step 1: Within 30 days after receiving your order, email our customer service at support@cretanholycarvings.com to explain the reason for the return and refund and request for an arrangement.
Step 2: Prepare returned items in secure packaging, preferably the original packaging, including the original order invoice.
Step 3: Ship returned products via traceable method of shipping to the return address that you will find below. When you ship out the items, please email the tracking number to us. Upon receipt of your returned items, we will further inspect the items and your refund will be processed or the replacement will be send by us, as per our arrangement. If you have choosen to refund your order, it will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping cost is not refundable. If you choose a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you choose a replacement, the shipping cost will be charged again according to our arrangement.
For late or missing refunds, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published. Next, contact your bank. Often there is some processing time before a refund is sent. If you have done all this but have not yet received a refund, please contact us at support@cretanholycarvings.com
We only refund or replace products if they are defective or damaged.
