All the products should only be kept inside.
Please keep in mind to:
- Hold it in dry clean place.
- The carvings have some very small details (faces of people, corners, frame ornaments etc.) that could be damaged from hits or if fall from a high height.

Manufacturing of any product usually takes 5-7 days.

Delivery time by economy shipping:
- Europe: 6-12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
- USA, Canada and south America: 8-15 business days
- Asia and Oceania: 10-20 business

Delivery time by express-priority shipping:                                                                               -Your order is put to priority above other orders and is made as soon as possible. This way it may get ready to be shipped in 2-3 days instead of 5-7 days.                                             -We take the express shipping choice from our shipping carriers which is more expensive and about 3 days faster.

The timeframes are provided by postal service and by our experience, but we cannot guarantee that the product will be delivered on time. And we are not able to know whether it will arrive faster or with delays. Please note that it may take a little bit longer before Christmas and other holydays, due to heavy workload of the shipping companies.
If you wish to expedite shipping you could let us know by sending us a message, so that we speed up the manufacturing process.

If you need some icon or carving that you do not see in the shop please send us its image and we will write you if we can create it on wood. You can combine frames and images from our shop and other shops by changing the frame, color and size. We have a lot of carvings that are not still represented in our shop. Creating of a new or complicated design it may cost more apart from standard manufacturing and shipping.
